In a 2-stage air compressor, a compression chamber partly compresses air. Then, the air undergoes a cooling cycle before passing to a second compression chamber, where it reaches the desired pressure. This process ensures lower heat generation and minimizes overheating issues. Two stage belt drive piston compressors provide a reliable supply of compressed air and reduced stress on the system, for any professional applications. These compressors use two stages of compression. In the first stage, the incoming air is compressed. From there, the air is sent to an inter-cooling system before moving on to the second stage, where the air is compressed to its final pressure. Then, the air is sent to the tank and finally to the power tools. Thanks to ABAC's belt drive technology, these compressors operate smoothly and reliably with minimal maintenance required.
